To ensure your custom shirt is made exactly as you envision, please make sure to include all required details when placing your order. This helps us avoid delays and guarantees a smooth design and production process.

If you need your order processed faster than our standard turnaround time, please review the following:

✅ Rush Order Guidelines:

• Rush Fee: A non-refundable rush fee is required for expedited processing.
• Processing Time: Rush orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including shipping time.
• Availability: Rush processing is based on current production capacity. Please message us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.
• Shipping: Upgraded shipping is recommended for tight deadlines. Standard shipping times still apply unless you select a faster method at checkout.
• Complete Info Required: We cannot begin any rush order without all necessary details (shirt size, name, age, design, etc.). Delays in providing information may affect your timeline.

✏️ Design Approval & Change Policy

A draft/mockup of your custom order will be sent to you via email for approval before production begins.

Please review your draft carefully.

Once the draft has been sent:

• Any changes to wording, images, colors, or overall design will incur an additional design fee of $X.XX.
• This fee covers the time and labor involved in re-editing and reformatting the design.

We want to make sure you’re happy with your order, but please be mindful that custom design work takes time — and edits after the draft stage delay the production process.
