Turnaround & File Requirements

• Processing Time: Orders are completed within 24–72 hours after payment is received.
• File Quality: Please submit artwork at 300 DPI or higher for the best print results.
• Design Setup Fee: A $5 setup fee applies if transfer sheet setup or resizing is required.
• Acceptable File Types: PNG, JPG, PDF, or PSD
•  Do Not Mirror Your Design — we’ll handle that during printing. (If you require your file to remain unmirrored, please note this in your order.)

Please note: You must have experience pressing all-over shirts and understand proper measurements before ordering.

Paper: All Over Prints are created using tacky (adhesive) sublimation paper. The adhesive activates when heat is applied, ensuring the paper stays in place during pressing. This process works similarly to using an adhesive spray to prevent shifting.

Jerzees 21M & Gildan G420

Instructions for 100% Polyester Shirts are as follows:

Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Set timer to 60 seconds.
Set Pressure at FIRM (a little more than medium pressure).
Lint roll shirt.
Place butcher paper inside the garment to ensure the ink does not bleed through the shirt onto the back.
Place transfer face down on garment.
Place butcher paper on top of design and shirt.
Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with FIRM pressure.
Remove paper immediately and peel hot.
*Note: Discard butcher paper after 1 use, bleeding may occur.
